The pillow itself is not machine washable because it does not hold smells or bacteria. It is hypoallergenic memory foam. If you order a pillowcase, the pillowcases are fully machine washable and dryer safe. Also, if you order a pillowcase, it will ship on the pillow already.

How does the dual height system work?
One side is 3.5 inches high, the other is 4.3 inches. Switch the pillow to choose your preferred neck support height.

Does the memory foam smell?
When you first open your pillow, you may notice a slight "new foam" scent. This is completely normal and temporary. The scent is not harmful and typically dissipates within 24–72 hours.
How can I get rid of the smell faster?
Remove the pillow from its packaging immediately, let it air out in a well-ventilated room, and allow 24–72 hours for full freshness. Using a pillowcase and normal room airflow is usually all it takes.

Worth every penny. the arm tunnel for side sleeping is something I didn't even know existed but now I can't live without it. no more waking up with my arm all numb and tingly. also the pillow case that comes with it is super soft

Finally a pillow that doesn't go flat after a month. i've been through so many pillows it's embarrassing lol. 4 months with this one and it still looks brand new. the memory foam holds its shape perfectly. bought one for my mom too and she loves it
